Barn Wedding – Folwark Ruchenka
Asia and Łukasz
From this blogpost you may already know how happy I am that mine and Asia and Łukasz’s paths have crossed. Their intimate wedding in London was a blast and I can’t imagine better way of starting new wedding season. From the preparations in their stylish apartment, through a classic town hall ceremony to a dinner in the traditional English pub. Everything fit together perfectly. But the best part is, that it wasn’t the end of our adventures together. We’ve met again in a similarly beautiful circumstances but whole lot different. Asia and Łukasz decided to throw a barn wedding with a humanist ceremony for their families and friends in Poland. It took place in Folwark Ruchenka, and it was oh so perfect! I was stunned how Asia and Łukasz were able to pull off another wonderful party in just a week!
Barn Wedding – Folwark Ruchenka
I love that trend! Poland seems to have great potential of places with soul and history that could host beautiful weddings. Places colse to nature, where guests feel at ease and time moves slower. Folwark Ruchenka is, without a doubt, one of such places. Asia, being an interior designer, loves to pay great attention to details, not only their beauty but also history. Thanks to her passon of travelling she gathers unique objects from flea markets and local manufacutrers all around the world. For example the brass box taht held wedding rings is an antique from India and incense sticks that burned throughout the ceremony have origin in Mexico. Moreover the headpiece with pearls was designed and handmade by the bride herself. Asia’s approach to wedding details is definately my favourite kind!
