1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is JOANNA JASKÓLSKA FOTOGRAFIA, al. Jana Kasprowicza 4 lok. 20, 51-137 Wrocław, Poland, NIP 8951820296, REGON 362486203 (the “Controller”).

For any matter relating to the protection of personal data, contact the Controller at: kontakt@jaskolska.com.

2. Data collected through the contact form

Through the contact form I collect the data you provide yourself: your names, e-mail address and the content of your message (required fields) and — if you choose to provide them — the wedding date and venue, how you found me, and your Instagram handle (optional fields).

  • Answering your enquiry and getting in touch — on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given by ticking the box under the form and, for steps taken to enter into a contract, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • The Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — handling correspondence and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
  • Website security, hosting and spam protection — the Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), carried out with the providers Cloudflare (hosting, Turnstile).

4. Retention period

Form data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and then — if no cooperation follows — for up to 12 months, unless longer retention is required to establish, exercise or defend legal claims (until the relevant limitation periods expire).

5. Recipients and processors

I use trusted providers that process data on my behalf:

  • Resend (Resend, Inc.) — delivery of the e-mails sent from the form,
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and spam protection (Turnstile),
  • Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) — analytics (Google Analytics 4), after consent,
  • Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — Meta Pixel, after consent.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers process data in the United States. Transfers rely on certification under the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) (e.g. Google, Cloudflare, Meta) or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (e.g. Resend), ensuring an adequate level of protection.

7. Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation and — only after you give consent — analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the page footer or by clearing cookies in your browser. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

8. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

9. Voluntariness

Providing data is voluntary, but providing your names, e-mail address and message is necessary in order to reply to your enquiry.

10. Automated decision-making

I do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects concerning you.
